In D'Oradius , religion is extremely important. Everyone is expected to pray at least once a day. All citizens must go to church every Sunday. Father Bonphilius gives a very important speech every week. He talks about the main issues going on in the country. Everyone is expected to follow up Father Bonphilius' advice. If not, they will be severely punished.

 

There are several levels of punishment possible going from being shunned, to being sent off to Loneliness Island. Our country can't be led if one disobeys the leader! Every citizen must have the Holy book of D'Oradians at home as it keeps the bad spirits away. Furthermore it contains all the important information every man or woman must know to become a valuable member of society.
